Pools and Saunas

The Wadebridge Sports & Leisure Centre is run by the Friends of Wadebridge Leisure Centre. They are 
a collective of local people with specialist business expertise who are passionate about providing an accessible sports and leisure facility for the Wadebridge community and all those who live in the surrounding villages, including visitors to the area.

After our very successful acoustic project which we completed at Wadebridge School in the summer of 2023 (which is adjacent  to the Wadebridge Community Centre), the management of the organisation made contact with us  to see if we could help with regard to the poor acoustics which they had in the pool area.

These type of areas are well know and unfortunately expected to have very poor acoustics, however this centre was determined to not only make their very popular pool sound better for their customers and community using it but wanted to add a 'Wow' factor when it came to the overall look of the environment during their renovations of the centre. 

40 acoustic bespoke ceiling panels and 38 wallboards were installed after the pool was drained. This has made an incredible difference to the sound in the space and has bought a 'touch of class' when it comes to its new look!
